I saw this sign and I was completely giddy that I had something like this to send you. I made sure not to RUN to my computer, though...
Judging from the different marker color, someone deliberately messed up the sign for a joke.
I don't think so, Deckardcanine -- there were other signs around using that marker color. I can't remember if they were the same handwriting, though.
