  1. I think I'm more bothered by the exclamation point in the middle of the sentence. Or perhaps food is meant to be a separate thought, as in "'We' serve! Also, food."

  3. If those drawings are accurate, the quotes should be around "food". I can't take my eyes off the crab-like mass of fries.

  5. Maybe they aren't quotation marks at all.
    Maybe they're apostrophes and the missing letters are a reference to the guys who serve (with an exclamation mark).
    [NOR]WE [GIANS] SERVE!
