James in Melbourne saw this inside what the waiting room of a doctor's surgery (office in american english?). I have totally talked to "help" desks before. They are not very helpful.

You'd think the quotation marks are very accurate here, if you ever worked with our "help" desk :)

i "think" the quotes, here, invite the person in need to speak out and verbally ask.
I'm always being sent to the blasted "help" desks instead of the people who can really solve your problems. Are these "helpers" truly worth the 8 bucks an hour that they companies pay them?
