This delusional DVD seems to suggest 30 minutes of what not to do.



Seriously - it was in a bin that clearly read Discount - but was still marked $1.

  1. I don't really blame them for thinking the marks necessary in this case. "How-to" was indeed informal not so long ago.

  2. +1 -- as a category of videos, "How-To" can still gracefully accept quotation marks...

  3. I agree with the other comments - The text in question seems to be referring to "how-to" as a genre/category of video, in which case the quotation marks would be perfectly acceptable.
