Okay this has nothing to do with the quotation marks but, if ALL records are "priced as marked" then how can there be some with no price?

Well, there was a "Super Mario RPG" villain called The Clerk, followed by The Manager, The Director, and The Factory Chief....
I guess asking "the clerk" is preferable to asking Jay or Silent Bob.
