It's been a while since I posted something "fresh" on this blog, and in this case it's unclear if the "fresh" is supposed to sort of modify the grinding or the beef, not that either is that great. Thanks, Sarah!

I'm thinking this is some of the beef that was recently recalled due to salmonella contamination. Yeah.
Damn it. This is from the grocery store chain I used to work for. Too bad I discovered this blog after I quit ... you should have seen the quotes in the internal memos, they said things like:
"Customer Service" is our "Number One" priority ...
or my personal favorite:
"DO NOT" except deliveries after receiving hours have closed!!
