Apparently the trash will be fined, not the owners of said trash.
You guys have no idea how awful the "mice" problem has become since I emailed this photo in February.
As in, my cat-brought-me-a-dying-"mouse"-in-my-bed-last-night awful.
By the way, the confirmation word for this post is "progyrat". Really.
"Bill, we found this peanut butter granola bar wrapper on the floor. We know you love peanut butter granola bars. Just admit that you did it, and tell your friend the granola bar wrapper to cough up that $25."
