Because the signwriter has electronically squashed some lines, each line’s lettering is at a different angle, too! Someone really has not thought this one through, and if I were the signwriter, I would not be putting my credit down the bottom!
@Jack Yan: What sign are you reading? Maybe you should try cleaning your glasses. On my screen the lines are all parallel, except maybe the first two, which may be slightly skewed, although it is probably more artistic than erroneous. And if you can read the name of the writer, I think it is more crud stuck to your lenses.
B-dog: thanks for the insult. Next time, try opening your eyes before commenting. The signwriter’s name is Radic’l Signs & Screenprinting, detailed at the bottom right. Now, assuming you have your eyes open, you should, like the rest of us, notice the different angles of the lettering. In the most obvious cases, the line HAS is at a more skewed angle (i.e. it is more slanted) than “MOVED“, as is RoundaBout. Still have trouble? Get out your protractor and measure them. Most of us don’t need to, but you may.

I also love how it uses a second open quote. You could stand there forever waiting for them to finish their sentence…

Why 'RoundaBout' instead of 'Roundabout'?
