Let's just forget the quotation marks for a minute...positive just SOUNDS wrong here. I know that grammatically it makes sense, but it just looks wrong.
Then again, it could be the quotation marks playing with my mind.
Wouldn't that sign make more sense on a wall?
It could be that there is some important electrical stuff behind the door. Then the quotation marks would be pointing out the pun in using the word positive.
