thespookycats-- you may be on to something, it could be a hint. Perhaps too many freeloaders claiming "we're with the Smith's, we're their kids...."
but see, that makes this sign more hopeful. maybe they feed "your kids" to their pet dragon, by which they mean "organic eggplant."

I took it as implying that the place was kidnapper friendly. Sure those are "your kids." *wink wink*
maybe this is where kidnappers take their latest victims out to eat
