if you call that lasagna


Nevona spotted this one in a zone cookbook. I guess it's really a farce of a lasagna, and not something you'd find in a real Italian kitchen.

    I must say I agree here--if it has grilled chicken in it, it truly is "lasagna", not lasagna.

    It probably is in quotations because there is no pasta involved. So thus, it is imitating lasagna, and therefore the quotes are necessary.
