Kaushik spotted this one in Goa, India, which explains the somewhat awkward english. I feel like the sign-maker knew at "we caters" was the most awkward, and therefore distanced himself via quotation marks.
Give them some credit. We could be looking at an LOL billboard. Being in India they don't caters cheezburger, rather their stuff goans (translation: goes on) sausage-based bread.

That's probably what I would have done. I wonder if the client also told the signmaker to spell delicious wrong... That was painful to read.
And what are their specialties? Goan, sausages, and bread? Or Goan sausages and bread? Or "goan sausages bread"? FAIL on many levels.
