I think this one is just confused, you punctuate the quotation, not the speaker... thanks Jay.

  4. Maybe someone with the odd and rather burdensome name of Nonviolence Is A Way of Life for Courageous People said "Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr." and it's therefore correct, except that you usually put the name of the person being quoted after the quote.
