I'm interested in "soy milk". If they'd written "soy" milk, I'd assume the person is just particular and doesn't consider it real milk... but apparently it's not really soy either.. so I don't know what to think.
I knew that Southerners used "coke" for any cola, but I thought they'd at least respect that "Coca-Cola" is a brand name.
Actually, maybe that's it. Some sources call for quotation marks around brand names (Scott Adams got some flack for not doing so with "Velcro"). Maybe most of these are just obscure brands with unoriginal names.

What the crap is up with the single quotation mark on "COFFEE BAR SPECIALTIES? It's like the whole menu is a quote.
