Yeah, but beyond the quote marks, I really do wonder about the meaning . . . So does someone come around and look at your plate as you're about to leave, and add more to your bill if you left food on your plate? Or more accurately, 'excessive' amounts of seafood? And if you paid for the buffet, then can they charge you extra on top of that?
Yes, what constitutes excessive waste? Leaving half the shrimp? Conducting a food fight? Throwing up? All can be considered a waste, but what is excessive?
But but but.. Do they really charge people for their leftovers??
