It might be worth mentioning that those are in my house. Your blog came to mind when they were busted out this year. They're kind of a family joke; my mom made them at some absurd Christmas craft gatherings (which she'd never go to if she was any less nice than she is).
maybe it meant that the people wanted it to STOP snowing, so they were being sarcastic.
