"um, no sir, this is Motel 6, we actually don't have any amenities." "oh, my mistake, I must have dialed the wrong number, I was looking for excellence."
They want to make sure you complete their survey, even if you are totally uninterested in winning $500. Because someone is really going to take the time to fill out a survey for the benefit of the Motel 6 out of the goodness of their heart, and then turn down a cash prize. So it's "0" to request more comfort and "5" to request excellence?
I feel like it should be "6" for brand identity.

After 15 hours of driving, I needed some excellence, goddamn it. Instead I took a picture of the sign and ordered pizza.
And then I submitted it to the "blog" because I thought maybe someone could help me figure it out.
