So I am kind of partial to this one, but I love it.
I just found this site, and I'm so relieved I'm not the only one miffed by needless quotation marks. And here in the Philippines, people just looove them quotation marks.
My reaction would always be, "So it's only pretending to be 'out of business' because it's actually open?"
Actually, I've known a "special" bus driver or too. Retarded people need jobs, too, y'know.
How else are those parolees supposed to find gainful employment?

This is hilarious! And so appropriate. Until recently I was a school bus driver, and indeed I did drive the short bus. Unlike nearly every other bus driver in our district, however, I'm pretty good at properly using quotation marks and other punctuation. I no longer driving the school bus, but am back in college seeking a second undergraduate degree. I discovered this blog (which I love, by the way) through my English professor who showed us the MSNBC article in class today.
