In some parts of the world it's actually customary to do your full load of shopping, using small children to hold the groceries and than going outside to load up a shopping cart on the way back to the car.
We need this sign where I work..people pass up the huge lines of carts, come into the store, stop, and say "where are the carts?" Uh, did you see all those big silver metal thingies on wheels before you came in?
