Unauthorized vehicles will be "washed and waxed" by the proprietor of the building.
*some call it a towing, but really, our cousin rocco comes and strips your car to the tires and then charges you a kidney and a lung to get you car (ok, the tires) back*
I think a mime troupe comes out and pretends to tow the car while doing little finger wagging scolding motions. It's sort of "this coulda happened to you" guilting, but the mimes are cheaper than actual towing and storage. Insurance has gone up.
