Personally, I prefer it in quotation marks. If it's free flowing Bubbly, then I picture one of those fountains, or some sort of river of champagne, versus "free flowing" champagne, where I picture many many waiters and waitresses canvassing the room with large bottles and constantly refilling the half-emptly glasses.
Yep. I'm definitely voting for "free flowing." The other would become pretty disgusting by the end of the night.

I really hate the chunky bubbly sometimes served in salsa clubs. Free-flowing is much more picante!
