"inquire within"


Ashley spotted this one. Obviously there is some secret way to get the job for which "inquire within" is a euphemism. I don't think it's respectable.

  1. Great site. :) Stumbled here. Funny enough, my mother has always addressed the outside of any card she's going to hand someone (as opposed to mailing it) with quotation marks.

    I am "Amy", always. She does it on every card to every person. odd.

  3. I would stand on the threshold of the office and bellow "INQUIRE WITHIN!" repeatedly. But that's just the sort of thing that amuses me.
