Kim saw this at the Eastern States Expo (also the site of this photo). This one, though, is like a convention for things that don't make any sense. The only thing that I believe DOES make sense is the fence that is keeping those people (and Kim) at a safe distance from that chain saw.

Uhh...is "HAV" and acronym for something like "Hailing A Vasectomy" or are they just saving a "ton" of space by not using an "E"?
