That's the kind that doesn't have "calories." My favorite.
Maybe the Ice Cream is only somewhat soft.
Although somewhat off-topic vis-a-vis quotation marks, this puts me in mind of the signs one sees for hand-scooped ice cream.
Given the likely sanitation practices of the folks working the ice cream counter, I'd prefer they use the actual scoop, not their hands.
I guess if you want to get technical...soft-serve does not meet the definition of ice cream. So, this is truth in advertising.
