I like the way this makes it seem that Trinity Properties' slogan is "looking for an apartment". Maybe if you're looking too you can give them some advice? OR maybe they are LISTENING. Thanks, Russell.
They're perfectly willing to use quotation marks that hardly apply... but they can't use a question mark that would bring the whole thing together?
I bet they ran the sign through a focus group, and the question mark tested poorly.
"It makes your company seem indecisive. You don't want to be ASKING someone if they need your apartments... you want to TELL them they need your apartment!"
So, like all bad marketing, something that almost sorta (kinda) made sense in the office because everyone involved understood the proper context and reasonings, is just an utter failure in the field because it was tested into nonsense.
