Yes, from personal experience I'd say that this is accurate: There should be an additional disclaimer which reads, "Not recommended for writing purposes."
I think since there's a number, someone should call it and tell them to go back to high school. Or middle school; they don't not teach us grammar in high school no more.
Is that the price? Those must be some nice pens.
