Becky spotted this one at an amusement park. Although it is not quite as good as this performance art piece, I expect that it is the script for local costumed characters to read from time to time.

This looks more like a warning for an amusement park ride like a roller coaster. I've seen them before. Of course the QMs are unnecessary, but the message is valid.
It was for a ski lift type ride. Definitely unnecessary "quotation marks" though. ;-)
At least in this case it is supposed to mean "loose", instead of the all-too-common misspelling of "lose" as "loose". I tried to throw in some quotation marks just now, for kicks.
