I think a hot dog is questionable as a real entree.
Possibly an irate foreigner who objects to America's blatant disdain for the proper use of that word. For everyone else in the English-speaking world, it means 'appetizer'.
+1 on the font note. I struggled with pointing out two of my three "favorite" fonts. The only one it's missing is Papyrus.
