just ignore this one


I must say my favorite thing about this sign is the implication that everything after that last opening quotation should also be quoted. Fortunately, this meeting is only "mandatory". Thanks, KB.

    It's quite simple:

    1 apostrophe + 1 apostrophe = one quotation mark
