It sort of reminds me of this.
ARGH!!! Beat me to the punch! Everytime I go over those tracks (which is nearly everyday) I say "I'm going to take a picture and send that into that blog"! Well now I can rest. :)
I always "stop" when I come to one of these signs.
A complete "stop" IS a rolling stop. Wonder if that'll hold up in court.
It's "clear" to me that the local PD wants drivers to roll through that intersection without stopping.The sign says that such a "stop" costs nothing, and it further explains that rolling stops a $155 fine. Me, if I can nix an expensive traffic ticket by rolling, I'll do it every time.
And yet "Rolling" Stop would have made sense.
