Joel saw this one at his work's cafeteria. I have no idea what they are actually hoping to procure that isn't forks.

    I see no punctuation making "particularly 'forks'" paranthetical to cutlery, so I assume they are listing forms of cutlery - "forks" and crockery. Sharp as a bean crock, that lot...
