I like the pleading tone of this one, and I have no idea what they were even thinking about the quotation marks. Maybe "sandy bathing suits in this tub" is a secret code. The orchid flies at midnight. Thanks, Alison.
Here's my take: Given the capitalization, I think "Sandy Bathing Suits in this Tub" is probably a book--one that (Please!) shouldn't be rinsed off? ;-)
I was thinking maybe "Sandy Bathing Suits in the Tub" was the long nickname for one Sandra Tubbs, who visits the beach regularly and has been banned from this bathroom for using all the hot water.
