Yes, it is! I'm a Greenpointer too. I'm always on the look out and carry my trusty camera everywhere.
Nice! I've seen some promising signs in Polish where I can only assume the quotation marks are unnecessary.
I think I'd rather go with "sticky rice"

It's also nice of them to sell tea in ice form, instead of iced tea. I guess that is what you have with "brown rice."
I think the rice is in the tea. sounds like it anyway.
