I would actually say that the quotation marks here are grammatically ambiguous (since the tip is not really optional) and the other grammar errors are funnier with their frequency - you have tense problems, a wayward apostrophe, and a comma wouldn't kill them. Thanks, Susan.

Okay, English is obviously not the first language here, but the whole concept of charging tips instead of transfer has me befuddled. At least I think that's what the sign is saying. This one is priceless!

and the little issue that i have no freakin' clue what the meaning of the entire sign is....
I swear I have been in this same "taxi van" in cancun..complete with ambiguous quotation marks because I remember it
