The quote marks really should be around "Spanish," since neither fajitas nor carne asada is Spanish. I don't even know what Mary Tierra is, so I can't comment there.
I once went to a restaurant that had little shakers of "Food Seasoning" at the tables. My mom and I have debated for years whether it wasn't actually seasoning, or it wasn't really intended for food.
That's truly hilarious and so is your blog. But in all fairness, maybe they're trying to tell us something.
