I don't mean to be a downer, but I think they put "touchless" in quotes because it's the kind of car wash where no brushes or sponges touch the car. They put quotes around it because, well, water still touches the car. Thus, it's not really touchless at all. And putting this whole explanation on a banner is kind of ridiculous, so they put it in quotes.
