Michael saw this one in Oxford. I'm guessing the person who cleans up the bathroom isn't the one who made the sign, or it wouldn't be so ambivalent. But also, who flushes paper towels??
I am so glad I came across this blog. It's always "sure" to bring a "laugh". I hope you enjoyed those random quotation marks. I thought they were "fitting".
anonymous asked me why I write my email address weird. I understand that it cuts down on spam because bots look for the @ sign. I deleted anon's comment because s/he wrote out my email address, which is counterproductive. And why do you care?
Oh sure. You know, you finish your business, flush, YOU WASH YOUR HANDS (capitals added to emphasize for all of the hygienically challenged who may be reading this), and then after you dry them, you go back into to the stall to get one more parting look at the toilet because, hey- why wouldn't you? And since you're already in there saying your goodbyes to the commode, you toss your paper towels in and flush the toilet again- just for old times sake. It makes perfect sense. Why do all these bathroom adminstrators continue to try to mess with a system that works so well?

Who flushes paper towels? Women who are forced to use a bathroom that has no toilet paper. That's who.
