It must be jelly cause "jam" don't shake like that.
Due to the fact that the author of this note probably doesn't really know what causes the printer to malfunction when using the duplex function, I think quotation marks are completely acceptable in this case.
"Jam" is a perfectly accurate description of the malfunction and has nothing to do with the actual cause.
