I own at this place and there used to be a problem with people from other places swimming in our pools, using the restrooms, using the equipment in the gym, etc. You have to to hace a card now with some sensor that unlocks the gates.
After hurricane Ivan this was a mess. every thing was gone but the building. this gave them the option to redo everything.
