They even MAKE exterior, wall-mounted quotation marks?
Maybe the occupants are in the witness protection program. : )
Unlike most of these, that seem to be trying to add emphasis in the manner of italics, this one actually makes logical sense. They are literally saying, "This place is called "Sutherland 85."
Metal unecessary quotation marks. Certainly in the many hours the blacksmith worked to forge this iron puncuation he must have wondered if they were really necessary.
Too funny, I just photographed this building (in my neighborhood) this morning! I was just googling it.
