I maintain that the image is a rather lame view of campus.

If that's the University of Northern Colorado, not Carolina, NO view of the campus is "really cool."

"like you've never seen"? Doesn't like- every freshman in the country get a map of campus when they enroll for the first time? And if anyone gives me a sucky map for graduation, I am not going to speak to them anymore.

You know, I'm gonna defend this one, because (for the first time on this site) it seems like the quote marks are actually signifying a quotation...albeit unattributed, but they look like a testimonial, or typical customer comment of some kind... don't you think?

The bottom one looks like it's a probably a slogan, but if the top one (the 'really good view' one) is a slogan, it's not a very good one.
