"Sandwiches made fresh to"

Bryan saw this one at a convenience store (same place as this one, in fact). I guess they might or might not be sandwiches or made fresh. And that they might have a different preposition.

In other news, I'm in finals week haze, so I'll be more sporadic than usual.

  1. The dash is a bit mystifying as well.

  2. I get the feeling many of these UQM folks believe the first line should be enclosed in QMs, whether it's a title or not. These QMs are totally useless!

  3. The first QM is tentative, as if the signmaker wasn't sure about whether to use one...but by the second QM, he's all gung-ho.

  4. "Sandwiches Made Fresh To"--what the heck did they put the QM's just after the "To" for?? As a UQM hater, I'm looking at the sign and going "HMMM" out loud. Non-haters of UQM's would just ignore the marks, but to me it's distracting... {:-/
