just slows them down


I don't know what happens to the rats, and I don't want to. Thanks, Deb and Marc in Seattle.
(in other news, at first I thought that said Bear Parking. Like parking for your bear. Sweet.)

  6. Maybe they're selling rats that say "stop" -- you know, "stop" rats. You can station them at crosswalks or use them in an intervention.
