"sushi chef"


Ken saw this in Chicago. I guess it's ok to be any kind of chef, or not a chef at all. As long as you have experience.

  1. I'm a little surprised that actual experience is required rather than just "experience". So you have to have real experience, but may or may not be a sushi chef?

  2. At least it didn't say "SUSHI" CHEF, though that's what I would expect from a sushi place 1,500 miles from the nearest ocean.

  4. Since there is not much cooking involved, I would have expected sushi "chef". - JohnnyB

  5. Maybe this is correct since a chef is someone who COOKS and sushi is, by definition, NOT cooked. : )
