As the TV show "Emergency" is on DVD now, I think it may be that someone just let a copy of it on the road and wanted to let others know, spreading the love of '70s drama. Watch for "'Ben Casey' Left on Moorpark" soon!
Mike and Jason (hello neighbors) - I think they're trying to say that if you're looking for the emergency room, turn left on Moorpark. I think. I sat there in the left turn lane pondering it for a while. Luckily I didn't need to find the actual, you know, emergency room.
Or maybe it's directions to a reunion of the cast and crew of the old TV show about paramedics...
