Okay, quotes or no quotes, that picture takes me back to my childhood, because that's the Baptist Mission in Haiti where we used to go for grilled cheese sandwiches!
While babelfish is technically correct, it's semantically more along the lines of "No animals allowed".
"No animals allowed"? I didn't see a vegetarian sign ;)
