Only one set of quotation marks is wrong, because evidently in Australia one should place quotation marks down under (groan).
Best. Slogan. Ever.
This is one of those that I just don't get. I don't even know what they were trying to do here....very odd.
They might be expressing doubt that the non-payers actually forgot.
They used the quotations marks to display the new trend in punctuation placement
,
seeing as there wasn't any other punctuation present in that phrase
.
sometimes the boss wants you to come up with a 13 line sign, and all you can muster is 11.
