I wonder if this "caution" ice is similar to "black" ice. Hmmmm...
"We feel obligated to point out, in order to withstand any pending litigation, that there is some possibly dangerous (but worthy of your attention nonetheless)" ice.
We can now officially reveal that we don't give a crap if you slip and hurt yourself.
Boss: Put the sign up!

I imagine the sign maker is from the North and doesn't think Tennessee ice is really all that big of a deal.
