i'm more amused by egg "n" cheese -- as if the sign maker were offended at the stupid abbreviation and put the quotes there as if to say, "they made me do this, the morons."
you know what i love most? they were so dedicated to being cutesy, that rather than just say "egg AND cheese" they had to change fonts, because the rest of the n's look like upside-down u's.
I wonder why they felt compelled to use the "N" for the first item. (I don't think they changed fonts; they used a capital N.) The ampersand (&) is in every other listing.

I'm impressed that chickens in Ohio are able to lay sausage eggs. I've never had those, but they sound interesting.
