Wouldn't it prove more effective to emphasize (because we know the quotes here are just a poor way of adding emphasis) oh, i dunno… ANY OTHER WORD on this sign? Why "your?"
Well, it would seem obvious that they were using QMs as a way to (incorrectly) emphasize, but they underlined "before" correctly 2 words later. maybe they figured it out halfway through.
As to why they emphasize "your" I think it's probably that they don't want people filling out applications for others (maybe?)
Maybe YOUR is an acronym of some sort, being in all caps. (I'm not feeling in a particularly creative mood to decide what it might stand for)
